Lisa Kjellstrom is a seasoned leadership coach, facilitator and development expert with over 18 years of experience in guiding executives, teams, and organizations towards impactful growth and strategic success.

Her extensive expertise spans the realms of executive education, leadership training, and coaching, where she has spearheaded leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies and major institutions worldwide. Currently, she partners with Harvard Business Publishing, an affiliate of Harvard Business School, to design and lead global leadership programs that integrate cutting-edge research and insights to address the evolving challenges faced by leaders in dynamic industries. She also partners with California Public Sector HR (CPS HR) to deliver customized leadership training for public sector and nonprofit organizations, ensuring her clients are well-equipped to navigate complex challenges and drive positive outcomes.

Lisa’s entrepreneurial background and global mindset fuel her passion for driving meaningful change, particularly in the areas of social impact and sustainable development. In addition to her role at Harvard and CPS HR, she partners with CircleSpace/ForumSpace as a Young Presidents Organization (YOP) Facilitator and with Decker Communications as a Coach to support leaders in honing their communication skills, both in-person and virtually. Beyond this work, she serves Archetypes at Work™ as a leadership coach where she leads transformative experiences by helping individuals discover their leadership potential through innovative coaching methods. Lisa is a certified coach at CircleSpace and member/certified coach in the and Archetypes at Work™ Guild of Practitioners, where she is a certified debriefer of the Archetypal Preferences™ Report (APR).

Through her coaching firm, Lisa Kjellstrom Consulting, she empowers individuals to craft the next chapter of their leadership journey, drawing on her multifaceted expertise as a storyteller, strategist, and visual thinker. Her international experience includes leading large-scale leadership initiatives across 20+ countries, directly contributing to transformational outcomes for clients. She has travelled the world implementing leadership development programs and has earned praise for several of her unique workshops where she captures a leader’s legacy or a team’s spirit via a variety of unique and unusual storytelling processes.

Lisa serves as a strategic advisor to Tangelic, non-profit with a mission to make sustainable energy accessible to underserved communities. She believes that access to clean, affordable energy is a fundamental human right that unlocks opportunities for education, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
